Join us for a peaceful evening of candlelight yoga incorporating breath work and mindful movement. This class is designed to let you connect with the stillness within and melt into your heart. Unwind, de-stress, and explore the magic that unfolds when you allow yourself to slow down.

Come as you are. All necessary props and hot tea are waiting for you. Let's unwind and melt into the heart together. No previous experience needed.
